I scheduled a move out clean with add on service of the fridge and oven to be cleaned. I did vacuum and start the oven self clean that morning. When the day came the two cleaners that came were prompt and kind. The issue started when I told them the main points to focus on and was told they thought it was for an initial clean and didn't have it scheduled for a deep clean/ move out. One of the cleaners talked to the office and went back to get supplies. When I came back the next morning to button up the house I noticed several areas that I was not happy with. The front window was not wiped down, the floor under the claw foot tub was dirty still, the fridge that I paid extra for still had bits of food, sticky in areas and the handles you could feel were not wiped down. The floors were dirty still as when I went over it with the broom their was plenty of dust and the main level did not look mopped. I also notice that the sliding door divot was not cleaned either. They did a great job with the tub though. I am disappointed in my service as I spent 600 dollars and it didn't seem like it got cleaned to the standard that was shared. I also sent my review back, with pictures, with the text message they sent asking how I thought my service was and I have yet to hear back.
*Edit* Thank you for responding and I know sometimes communication breakdown happens. I appreciate the response and the refund for part of the service as well as finding ways to prevent this from happening again.
