Very easy to schedule and then reschedule when I goofed on the day. I didn't have to wait very long at all even though I needed a weekend time, ten days or so? The cleaner was really nice, careful with our things, and did a great job! She was very thorough and did a crazy amount of cleaning for the 3 hours I paid for, I thought about half as much would get done in that time frame. There was a little scuff on my wall (it could have been there beforehand) and the cleaner immediately took a photo, told me and the company. The company reached out twice about it even after I assured them it was no big deal. Glad I picked these guys
