Update: I bought a new house and reached back out to ProGreen since my dog loves their K9 Champion turf product so much and it’s super easy to clean & drains so well. They let me know that the installer at my previous home no longer works there and would have a better crew install at my new home. Alejandro and his team as well as Ray did an awesome job and asked lots of questions to make sure everything was perfect due to my previous experience. I’m a big believer that nothing is beyond redemption, which is why I gave them a second chance and I am glad I did since my dog is happy with his new turf at the new house! Thank you for making things right, ProGreen!

The actual K9 turf product is awesome & my dog loves it, but overall the experience was bad. I’ll start with admin related complaints. I changed my appointment time, but the sales person still came at the originally scheduled time when I was not home. Then, I carved out time in my morning for the install folks to arrive and they did not call me until 45 minutes after the 9am scheduled arrival time to tell me that they would not be there until 12 (they arrived closer to 1pm). Lastly, I was unable to communicate with those who installed it since my Spanish is not great. I told them I wanted the rock and mulch that was where I was getting the turf installed REMOVED and not put in another part of my yard. They did not listen, so now this old mulch I wanted removed is just moved to the other side of my yard and I’m cleaning it up this morning. They also got turf filler and gravel on a path in my yard and did not clean it. Awful experience in total! Don’t use this company.
