Years ago when we got our turf installed, these guys were awesome. Very well installed, nice landscaping done around the turfed areas, etc.
Things have gone down hill in a hurry recently. It seems nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone at the company phone number. It took weeks of trying to call at different times to finally get a turf cleaning set up, but we never actually got a time confirmation. When the appointment day came along, it too multiple back to back calls before the owner finally picked up and told us our service had been rescheduled, and someone was supposed to have already reached out to let us know (no one had reached out).
Then, after the service finally happened, the guy doing the service didn't know how much I should write the check for, and wasn't able to get ahold of the owner (notice a pattern forming). Not willing to write a blank check, we agreed that we would wait till the owner got back to us to handle payment.
Lo and behold, he found his phone pretty quick when he wanted his money, and ended up sending a Zelle request. Took me a couple days to get around to approving it, but you can rest assured that I got a call every day asking to get that done, including one from the employee who did the service telling me his car is broken down and he needs me to approve the payment so he can get paid.
Moral of the story, their communication has become terrible unless they want their money, and they are incredibly unprofessional. I will be finding a new turf company to handle the cleaning and any future installation I might need.
