I can’t recommend Irrigation Genies enough! Their communication was clear and timely every step of the way, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their work is top-notch, everything was done right. Their customer service is outstanding; the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. I especially appreciated their willingness to help last minute, they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Truly a five-star experience!
Chris, the owner, did a fantastic job! He was on time, and worked methodically through a complex (old) sprinkler system to find the problems. His demeanor was honest, friendly and entirely professional. If you need a sprinkler guy/company, Chris Cortez and Irrigation Genies are the people to call!
We were customers of Dan for a few years and he was great but it was time for him to sell and retire. That said, the new owners-Irrigation Genies, do not disappoint! They continue the same level of service that we had before. Zoe did a fabulous job on our sprinkler system. We were under the impression that we had excessive water on the side of our house from two sprinklers running in the rock. Little did we know, we had a larger issue. Not just one leak but three! Unfortunately, our large spruce of 20 years decided to squeeze a couple of our sprinkler pipes. Zoe spent a great deal of time looking for and fixing each leak. She was knowledgeable, explained the problems and the process to fix everything. The price was reasonable. Thank so much for taking care of our system Zoe! If you are reading this and wondering if you should hire Irrigation Genies- DO IT NOW! Don’t even waste your time looking for someone else!
I had the pleasure of working with Chris from Irrigation Genies recently, as I had some sprinkler issues going from the main line to the actual manifold(s) in the ground. I called them up, and Chris was able to come out to my house in about a week (pretty quick turnaround as I had called around). He arrived, told me the news of my current issue(s) and gave me a straightforward price estimate of repairs and what work needs to be done to make me happy. We ended up testing the current irrigation setup (about 15-ish years old, no upgrades or updates from companies), and sure enough, some components have degraded, but Chris had the parts available to correct the degraded parts leading from the main water line up to the manifolds outside. All-in-all, Chris was personable and honorable to what he guaranteed me during his repair visit, and I am glad to now know a guy in case I need sprinkler work done! Attached photos are before and after of the work he had done.
I have used irrigation genies for system repairs as well as seasonal blow outs Chris has been great and very professional. Always on time, great work, no issues. They are now installing holiday lighting. Pete did Amazing work! Definitely recommend.
