I have been doing business with this company for over 5 years. 5* for sure! The technician, Jeremy is phenomenal! He is fair, efficient, extremely good at sprinkler repairs and is an awesome communicator. The office staff are positive, friendly, organized, efficient with great follow up.
Bill from Mile-Hi Sprinkler was out today to do my annual turn-on. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I was notified by the company multiple times to remind me of my appointment which I appreciated. I’ve been using them for a few years now and I’ve been very satisfied with their service!
I've used Mile High Sprinklers for the last year now and I greatly appreciate their services. Juan came to turn my sprinkler system on and I found him and his coworker to be most pleasant, professional and they were succinctly finished on hardly no time. Many thanx Juan, you are Awesome!!!
I was really pleased with Mike Hi Sprinkler’s service. Scheduling was easy, they sent me timely reminders of the visit, and the technician called me about 10 minutes before arriving. When he showed up, Dean was incredibly nice and helpful. He did quick, efficient work and explained his process to me along the way. Our sprinklers are now up and running for the season! We look forward to using them to service our sprinklers in the fall as well.
We recently had a full sprinkler system installed and worked with Mile-Hi. They were very professional throughout the entire process. The part that most impressed was their follow through. We had a few changes/modification after the initial install, they worked to get a someone back out in quick time frame and made sure we, the customer, were happy and the job was done right. Would recommend based on their customer service and follow through.
Nick, his sister Delaney, and Dylan the foreman who ran the install of my sprinkler system, sod, and rock are top notch. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and Nick especially does a great job of telling you their install process. No surprises on anything. Their team did a great job of cleaning up all trash at my house and running through how to use the system. Their pricing is competitive and I couldn't be more pleased with how my project turned out.
This company charged me for 6 hours of service, and they were there 3 . $850.00 dollars to blow it my line. We had a meeting before the service and he asked us to install blow out valves, we did and he didn’t even use them. He told us to put a blowout valve on our commercial operation pump, then didn’t bring the right size to blow the pump out the pump, only the mainline and laterals.even though blowing out the pump was included I. The price. I have to hire selling else to do that. On top of that the owner refused to open a valve when charging the line and blew up my mainline valve from one section of our property to the other. It cost me a lot of money. It was busy season we were scrambling with the sea tower and a soiled remediation project, and I wanted to discuss the price with him and the damages, but he charged a fifty dollar late fee, after a week of not paying. I paid it because ld rather pay then have to deal with him again. It’s not worth the money. It was worth the 840.00 not to talk to someone so disrespectful, and absolutely un reliable.
Showed up promptly when scheduled and did an excellent job for us. Also did a very commendable job of cleaning up and restoring the sod insofar as possible. One minor boo boo but overall well worth the investment! I would highly recommend this company.
We had Mile High Sprinklers come out and replace a zone of tubing in our system. Jeremy had said it would take about forty-five minutes to an hour to repair and true to his word, it took a bit over forty-five minutes. After the new line was placed and tested our yard was left with a working system and cleaned up as if no one had been there at all. Finally, we have a company that is reliable, efficient, and know exactly what needs to be done to get us up and running. They explained everything to us and stayed within the price they quoted and didn't surprise us with hidden items that they had to do. Jeremy, Chase and the rest of the crew are to be commended for their quality workmanship and professionalism.
We had an excellent experience with Mile-Hi! Mike came out to give us a quote and was very helpful and professional. The communication was great from the beginning to the end. The sprinkler and sod install were done in one day and looks so good! Incredibly professional and excellent work. Highly recommend!!
