Apex did a great job with the sprinkler blowout. This is my 3rd year using Apex and they arrive on time, work efficiently and are respectful when entering the home to drain the line by the inside shut off valve. Would highly recommend!
Apex is always reliable and professional. We have a "non traditional" system that most, if not all other companies have declined to work on. Apex is happy to work in the system and they do it with expertise and ease. Apex is our go to for anything sprinkler system!
Apex tended to our sprinklers in the past and was responsive, but that responsiveness seems to have declined. Once we got an estimate I had to follow up three times over two weeks to get a response. The plan was to install the new sprinklers just after the gardener put in new trees and shrubs so they could get on a drip system right away. It turns out our original estimator was let go from the company and there was seemingly no formal record of his plans for our yard. When another person took over the project, he recommended a different strategy, however my husband had already made purchases and done his homework assuming that we were going to execute the original plans. Once installed, the sprinkler system pooled water and had I not woken up at 5am to observe that the new drip system was faulty the fragile baby trees and shrubs could have steadily dehydrated. Once Apex was contacted about this they returned within 4-5 days. The second person on the job, Jason, was engaging and seemed to want to please. The job ultimately got done, and that is appreciated. We are content with the end result.
Jason was super-friendly, knowledgeable & professional - on an earlier visit he quickly diagnosed a system issue we were experiencing, and explained the solution (it needed a pressure regulator on one of the zones) He got us scheduled for a follow-up appointment shortly thereafter, and had it resolved in short time. Sasha and Cole were friendly and professional. They kept us well informed of the work that needed to be done and how long it would take. They worked quickly to get our system back up and running and helpful showing me how to program the sprinkler system.
