Apex tended to our sprinklers in the past and was responsive, but that responsiveness seems to have declined. Once we got an estimate I had to follow up three times over two weeks to get a response. The plan was to install the new sprinklers just after the gardener put in new trees and shrubs so they could get on a drip system right away. It turns out our original estimator was let go from the company and there was seemingly no formal record of his plans for our yard. When another person took over the project, he recommended a different strategy, however my husband had already made purchases and done his homework assuming that we were going to execute the original plans. Once installed, the sprinkler system pooled water and had I not woken up at 5am to observe that the new drip system was faulty the fragile baby trees and shrubs could have steadily dehydrated. Once Apex was contacted about this they returned within 4-5 days. The second person on the job, Jason, was engaging and seemed to want to please. The job ultimately got done, and that is appreciated. We are content with the end result.
